	Kelly Odett, Bryan’s daughter, is also a licensed Realtor® with Edina Realty and helps provide Silhouette customers the attention and service they need. Kelly organizes the selection process for all of Silhouette’s new home building clients. Clients frequently remark as to how impressed they are with Kelly’s knowledge of the design and components of a new home. Kelly and Bryan have worked together to sell over 80% of our new home buyers previous homes.

		Luke Schaeffer, Eliot’s oldest son, is our site coordinator and Eliot’s right hand man. Luke has been involved in building new homes since he was old enough to man a broom stick. Luke is recently a homeowner himself and is following in his dad’s footsteps gaining experience in many trade specialties.


	Silhouette Homes is a two-time Reggie and a Trillium Award winner for Best Interior Design from the annual Builder’s Association Parade of Homes.

	Eliot Schaeffer and Bryan Hanson are the Co-owners of Silhouette Homes, LLC. Eliot and Bryan have worked together since 2001. The two bring a great set of complimentary skills to meet the needs of the new home buyer.

Eliot Schaeffer is founder and President of Silhouette Homes. Eliot’s building experience began with years spent as a carpenter and electrician. In his younger days, Eliot enjoyed a year as a wilderness adventurer and worker on the Alaskan oil fields. Since then he turned is energies toward church and family. He started building new homes in 1984 and has first hand experience with almost every trade involved in construction of a new home. This experience is employed hands-on in every Silhouette Home and is your best assurance of quality and trouble free construction of each new home.

Bryan Hanson brings 25 years of senior finance, marketing, and real estate experience to the Silhouette Team. Bryan and his wife Tracy are active leaders in their church and Cub Scout Pack 412 at Johnsville Elementary in Blaine. Bryan began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in the small business practice of Arthur Anderson & Co. and has since served as a senior financial officer of industrial, travel and marketing service companies. Bryan’s association with Edina Realty provides Silhouette customers with access to in-depth range of real estate services. Bryan is committed to working with each of our clients to find the best financing solutions for our clients’ new homes. As a financial officer, he committed that there would be no finance mysteries for his clients and he brings the same refreshing philosophy of “no surprises” to customers building new homes with Silhouette.


	Debborah Schaeffer, Eliot’s wife, designs our models and is available to consult all our clients on all their decorating decisions. An experienced interior designer, her work consistently attracts the highest compliments from everyone who visits our models. Her assistance is also available in planning colors, wall and window treatments and material choices from the inside to the outside of your home. She is also available to provide guidance in preparing and staging your existing home to sell for the highest price in the marketplace.

		Silhouette Homes is also a team of loyal, long-term professional subcontractors. Our team of concrete specialists, framers, electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers, painters, flooring specialists, architects and many others have worked for us for over 10 years, some over 20 years. We strongly believe that long-term relationships are key to effective communication and dependable, consistent quality performance.
